FAQ

 

• When will my order ship? All mats are made to order. We enter your order in same or next day after it is received. Production may take a couple weeks to produce.

 

• Will I receive tracking? Yes. As soon as a shipping label is created you will receive an automated message with tracking information VIA USPS. Please check email. Stickers alone are sent by regular mail with no tracking. Those are usually sent out within 2 days of purchase.

 

• Will mats fit my ____? All our mats are meant to be universal fit (17x28)

 

• I placed my order a week ago, and received confirmation but no update on tracking. Your order is still in production. We try our best contacting you first if there is a delay with your order.

 

• Do you provide free shipping? We can only provide free shipping in the U.S.
